Maintains safe and sanitary dining areas by cleaning surfaces, picking up used plates, cups and utensils, disposing of trash, wiping down tables, and resetting tables following established procedures. Promotes guest relations by answering guest questions, providing menu information, explaining the guest seating program when applicable, providing up to date promotional contests and giveaways information, giving any needed assistance, and treating guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Job Purpose: Greets and seats guests Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time) Provides guests with service by acknowledging and welcoming guests entering the casino and restaurant areas, verifying appropriate age on identification for patrons entering the restaurant, entering guest count information into the guest seating program, paging servers, paging guests when table is available, seating guests, and responding to guest requests.
